Our rental program is available for a period of 2 years as specified by Thai Condominium Act and may be renewed for 2 additional years regularly if both parties agree on conditions applicable when contract ends.
Buyers who purchase units after February 1, 2015 onwards are eligible to join our investment program. Income is paid in advance on yearly basis. Conditions apply.
Owner’s benefit :
1.Guaranteed Income :
The Owner shall receive the guaranteed income according to the conditions below:
7% of the purchased price (excluding furniture package) will be transferred on owner bank account within 15 days after unit inspection and rental program agreement signature*
7% of the purchased price will be transferred on owner bank account within 15 days after completion of the first year.
If rental program is renewed after 2 years, owner will receive income for one year in advance within 15 days after renewal signing date and the second income one year later by bank transfer.
*To be eligible applying our rental program, owner will purchase a furniture package or furnish his unit as per the standard of our existing showroom units. An inspection will be made by our property management which reserves the right not to accept a specific unit for rental program.
Owner can stay or allow the relatives or friends to stay totaling 21 nights / year during green season between May 1st to October 31st with complementary in own unit from which there will be no any other additional expenses (**conditions apply), and can also obtain several services such as daily cleaning once per week.
3.Property Care Service
With property care service arranged by our management company such as regular cleaning service, unit inspection visits, the maintenance or repairing, we ensure to maintain your unit in good condition and always looking as the brand new.
The owner does not have any monthly expenses (except Monthly Service Fee of common properties) while joining our rental program. Our management company will be responsible for the cleaning service as well as the maintenance cost which all cost in under 2,500 THB each time.
